- A recent certificate proving that the student is enrolled in undergraduate studies in a university or higher education institution in Qatar
- A copy of their Qatar ID (front and back)
- High Quality Personal Passport Sized Photo (size 6x4)
- A copy of the birth certificate certified by the Ministry of Public Health (for both children of Qatari mother and those born in Qatar)
When creating an account on Jusour’s portal, private companies will provide documents such as their Establishment Card, Commercial Registration certificate, contact details, etc.
Companies are responsible for maintaining their details up to date. In case of any change(s), they are required to update their account details and submit the related documents.
Applicants are accountable for ensuring that their details remain up-to-date. In the event of any changes, they must promptly update their account information and submit the relevant documents accordingly.
If the student's GPA experiences a decline, the university may contact Jusour to discuss the issue. If the university determines that the GPA drop is a result of the Sahem student part-time work and lack of focus on academics, they will inform Jusour, leading to an obligation for the student to terminate his/her part-time job.
Jusour is not responsible for any issues that may arise between the applicant and the employer, as the contractual relationship is solely between these two parties. However, both the applicant and the employer have the option to seek support from Jusour, as Jusour can act as a mediator to help resolve any problems that may occur.
